A mix of all different cuts!  Each box is intentionally a little different to encourage you to learn new recipes and expand your cooking journey.  It includes 1/2 ground beef plus a random mix of other cuts.  The premium cuts may include a few different packages, such as filet mignon, bone-in ribeyes, NY steaks, top sirloin steaks, carne asada, kabobs, stew meat, maybe even a brisket, hanger steak or tri tip.  All grain finished, pastured, dry aged beef from our family ranch.
