Winter Box

It's finally time to dust off the crock pot and dutch ovens!  Your house will smell amazing with the flavors of root veggies and slow roasted beef.  These Shining Cross Farms meals will be your most tender and flavorful dinners all winter.

The Winter box includes approximately 12 lbs of pastured, grain finished, dry aged beef:

1 chuck roast (about 2.5 lbs)

3 lbs of stew meat (pre-cut into chunks)

2 packages of center cut shanks (think Osso Bucco)

2 packages of short ribs

2 lbs of bulk beef chorizo for breakfast for those cold mornings.
